The starting material for the production of springs is wire with a diameter of 0.2 - 4.5 mm (DIN EN 10270-1/2/3; EN 6931-1 1.4310). Our springs are used in the automotive, aviation, white goods, tools, automation, electrical engineering, electronics and medicine. We produce on CNC machines from Wafios and HTC. To finish the springs, we use tempering furnaces, automatic and semi-automatic grinders and other technologies for final finishing. We place great emphasis on product quality. Camera systems from Microstudio and HTC are installed for 100% control of the length and diameter of the springs. For final measurement, we use the KEYENCE IM-7010/7500 optical measuring system, MicroStudio force gauges and Mitutoyo digital calipers. For all measurements, we are able to provide CPK data on the reliability of the production process, which is required by automotive customers.
